POLYON
Cookies Policy
How POLYON uses cookies and similar technologies.
This Cookies Policy explains how POLYON ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website or use our applications. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They enable the site to remember your preferences and actions over time. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags.
2. Cookies we use
| Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, session management, security (CSRF protection) | Session / 30 days |
| Preferences | Language, currency, theme, model preferences | 12 months |
| Analytics | Aggregate usage statistics, performance monitoring | 24 months (anonymized) |
| Marketing | Conversion tracking, retargeting (only with consent) | 12 months |
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party services we use:
- Stripe / RevenueCat: payment processing.
- Cloudflare: security and bot detection.
- Analytics provider: aggregate usage analytics (anonymized).
- OAuth providers (Google, Apple): sign-in only if you choose those options.
4. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse all cookies, accept only specific types, or delete cookies after each session. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent POLYON from functioning. In our apps, you can manage non-essential tracking at Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies.
5. Do Not Track
We respect "Do Not Track" signals where technically feasible. Browsers and devices implement DNT inconsistently, so we cannot guarantee complete compliance.
6. Changes
We may update this Cookies Policy. Material changes will be posted here and announced in-app.
